 For the final event 18 brave souls braved the torrential rain before the start as well as the thunder and lightning during the race. Despite the weather Antony Wallis soon stamped his authority on the race by breaking away within the first two laps. Whilst his lead was never more than 40 secs he held out to the finish to take victory with Dave Farrow edging out the Ciclos Uno duo of Barry Neal and Martin Meades in the sprint for second place.
