Sixty three riders took part in the two races. In the ABCD races there were 38 about two third through Chris Baldwin, Eagle RC took off and gained half a lap before the finish.
In the EFGH race 25 took part, probably one of the largest fields ever for a 60+ race at Hog Hill. Halfway through Dick Naylor, San Fairy Ann and Alan Williams GS Giucci broke clear and at the finish had nearly lapped the field. Naylor took the win from Williams.
